Job Description
1. Responsible for all aspects of document control and ensuring effective management of documents and records.
2. Responsible for all aspects of quality record control, ensuring proper management of records in accordance with applicable requirements, maintaining the integrity of records within their retention periods, and promptly submitting them to the office for archiving.
3. Promptly collect data and information from this department and relevant departments, providing valuable input for production, quality inspection, technological upgrades, and other related activities.
4. Responsible for the storage, issuance, and rotation of production materials, semi-finished products, and other essential supplies within this department, as well as maintaining timely records in the ledger and related documents.
5. Responsible for compiling monthly production and procurement data for this department and preparing corresponding reports.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in automation, electronics, radio engineering, electrical appliances, mechanical engineering, or a related field;
2. Proficient in designing structural components and highly skilled in mechanical drafting software.
3. Familiarity with the medical device product development process; candidates with end-to-end R&D experience in Class III medical devices are preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for new product design, performance optimization, and the structural and process optimization of existing products; propose improvement measures; and conduct performance evaluation and validation.
2. In accordance with the requirements of the quality management system, complete the preparation of development technical documents and system documentation.
3. Participate in and provide support for the product’s clinical trials and regulatory registration process, and contribute to product launch marketing and post‑launch technical support.
