RF plasma host

RF plasma host

1. Principle

Plasma knife technology is a technique in which electrical energy, at a specific waveform, is delivered through a multipolar electrode to induce the dissociation of sodium chloride in blood, mucosa, and soft tissues. NaCl molecules are brought into a plasma state, and the high‑speed charged particles in the plasma directly cleave the molecular bonds of the tissue, causing the tissue proteins to vaporize and decompose into H. 2 O 2 CO 2 N 2 Together with low-molecular-weight gases such as methane, it achieves effects on tissues including vaporization, cutting, perforation, ablation, contraction, peeling, hemostasis, and repair.

2. Clinical Indications

   Nasal surgery :  Nasal hemostasis, hypertrophic rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, nasal polypectomy, and nasal mucosal incision;

   Pharyngeal surgery :  Uvulopalatopharyngoplasty, soft palate ablation, tongue base volume reduction, tonsillectomy, and adenoidectomy;

   Laryngeal surgery : Vocal cord polyp and nodule ablation, glottic stenosis incision, epiglottic cyst excision, and lingual tonsil ablation;

   Other surgeries : Excision of sublingual masses, excision of thyroid adenoma, excision of facial masses, and intraoperative suction hemostasis.

Significant benefits

Social impact Plasma Surgical System Compared with traditional methods Simple, minimally invasive, safe, and highly effective, Advantages such as rapid recovery and few complications The introduction of this technology not only alleviates the physical and psychological suffering of a broad patient population but also removes clinical practitioners’ concerns, yielding significant social benefits.

Easy to maintain

Highly integrated ion source structural design; specialized anti-contamination material coating, eliminating the need for cleaning.

Modularization

Intelligent, high‑pumping‑speed vacuum pump system; sampling can begin as soon as the target is loaded, with no waiting required.

Long lifespan

It employs a maintenance-free solid-state laser with a lifespan of up to 2 billion pulses; high-precision rejection of stray ions enhances signal response and extends detector life; and its ultra-high repetition rate (2000 Hz) delivers a scanning speed approximately 30 times faster than that of gas lasers.
